Lumpianada

ingredients:

2 cups ground pork(beef or chicken)
3/4 cup carrots, diced
3/4 cup potatoes, diced
2-3 tbsp garlic, minced
massive sized onion, minced
70g inexperienced peas, drained
1/2 cup raisins
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
salt and pepper to style
1 tbsp preparation oil(extra for frying)
1 cup water
2 pcs. onerous stewed eggs, sliced
20 pcs. lumpia wrapper

Procedure:

1) Heat vegetable oil
2) Saute garlic and onions
3) Add ground pork, salt and pepper
4) Saute till it turns brown
5) Add carrots and potatoes
6) Add water. cowl and simmer for two minutes
7) Add inexperienced peas, oyster sauce, sugat and blend well
8) cowl and simmer for an additional two minutes
9) Add raisins, salt and pepper. combine well and simmer for one minute
10)Cool fully
11)Place two tbsp of lumpia wrapper at the sting of the lumpia wrapper
12)Add one slice of onerous coddled egg
13)Roll the wrapper
14)Fold in each side
15)Moisten the sting with water to seal it
16)Repeat steps for the remaining empanada filling. Lumpianada will be frozen till able to fry
17)Fry till brown and crisp
18)Drain excess oil
