Humba

This is Humba. Humba is a dish like Pork Adobo. The main contrast is the utilization of banana blooms and dark beans. The two dishes are great, particularly when you are eating it with a lot of steamed rice. Appreciate this formula from us at Filipino Chow.

Ingredients

2 pounds of pork stomach, cubed
1⁄2 measure of dried banana blooms
2 tablespoons of salted dark beans
5 cloves of garlic, peeled at that point minced

Procedures
