Ingredients250g Pancit Bihon
1 pc. Chicken bosom bubbled (destroyed)
1 glass togue
1 white onion, cut
5 cloves garlic, minced
atsuete oil
2 pcs. Tofu squares, diced and fricasseed
1 egg mixed and cut
chives cleaved
salt and pepper to taste
3 mugs chicken stock
1 calamansi, cut/crisply crushed.
Procedures
Warmth oil in a container. Saute garlic and onions until the point when garlic is fragrant and onions are translucent.
Include bubbled and destroyed chicken, atsuete oil, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add chicken stock and heat to the point of boiling.
Lower warmth and include noodles(bihon) and bean grows. Cook until delicate.
Modify flavoring.
Hurl in bean grows, fricasseed tofu and hacked chives.
Exchange to a plate and best with cleaved fried egg. Appreciate!
