Ingredients
Pork Sisig Ingredients:
1 kilo pork ears
1/2 liver; broiled and cut in cubes
1 meduim size onion; chopped
1 1/2 lemon or kalamansi
2 tablespoon of mayonaise
3 siling labuyo; chopped
Salt to taste
Procedures
Heat up the pork's ear and liver in a different container until delicate.
At that point flame broil the pork's ear to evacuate any residual hair.
At that point cut the pork's ear and liver in little solid shapes.
Slash the onion into little pieces.
Press the lemon.
Blend every one of the fixings in a bowl.
Add mayonaise and salt to taste.
Also, last, add the siling labuyo to make it fiery for more flavor. (Discretionary)
