Pork Adobo Recipe
Adobo is viewed as the national dish of the Philippines. This dish comprises of pieces of chicken or pork or both cooked in soy sauce, vinegar, cove leaf, heaps of garlic and entire peppercorns. The stew is permitted to cook until the point that the meats are delicate and the rest of the sacue somewhat thickened.
Yield: 3 Servings

Ingredients
1 lb Pork Loin - cut into chunks
1 Head Garlic
1/4 c Soy Sauce
1 ts Black Pepper(freshly ground)
1/2 c White Vinegar
1 tb Vegetable Oil



Procedures
Place the pork in a medium-estimate pot together with the garlic soy sauce pepper and vinegar and let remain for 2 hours.*(See note underneath) Cook gradually in a similar pot until the point that the pork is delicate (around 30 minutes).
Exchange bits of garlic to a seperate container and broil in hot oil until darker.
Add the pork pieces to the garlic and the sear until dark colored at that point Deplete.
Add the soup to the browned pork and garlic and stew for 10 minutes.
* Note (I normally darker the pork BEFORE I add it to the soy sauce blend to render a greater amount of the fat out.
